Promotional Terms and Conditions - Summer Global Promotion

Great news for all crypto asset holders! We’re excited to offer you a special welcome package when you join sFOX. As a new customer, you’ll receive a 50% discount on the first year of our custody service. If you’re an individual or a company looking for a new custodian, you’ll need to comply with sFOX’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which apply to all the services we offer on our platforms (including the Website, applications, and APIs).

Please note the following Terms and Conditions specific to our Summer Global Promotion:

This promotion is valid for a limited time, starting from July 17th (00:00 EST) until September 1st, 2023 (23:59 EST).
Only new customers from other platforms who sign up for the sFOX platform are eligible for the 50% discount on the first year of custody service.
This offer is exclusively available to new customers that meet the criteria layout in the T&C.
New users are entitled to a single 50% discount on the yearly subscription plan for the first year of sFOX custody service. This promotion does not apply to other services offered by sFOX.
This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotions offered by sFOX or its affiliates.
To be eligible for the promotion, you must complete the sFOX onboarding process and provide proof of payment of the last month with other platforms. Failure to do so will result in the obligation to pay the full price for the yearly subscription.
The promotion is non-transferable and cannot be auctioned, traded, copied, transferred, bartered, modified, or sold.
This promotion is void if you don’t meet the criteria stated in these Terms and Conditions or if it’s restricted or prohibited by law.
sFOX reserves the right to revoke the promotion offered to new users at any time without prior notice.
sFOX may deny honoring the promotion if there are suspicions of abuse or fraudulent activity within the platform and onboarding process. This includes using a VPN, shared device, shared identification credentials, or engaging in any fraudulent activities, as determined solely by sFOX.
sFOX has the right to modify these Terms and Conditions of the Promotion at any time without prior notice at its own discretion.
Accepting the Promotion and completing the onboarding process with sFOX does not imply any obligation on sFOX’s part to recover or assist in the recovery of crypto assets held in custody with other platforms.
Violation of any of these Terms and Conditions or sFOX’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy will result in the promotion being rescinded, and the sFOX account opened will be closed.
