In 2014, sFOX’s founders observed immense fragmentation and complexities in crypto. Having built five trading platforms in the equities markets—including UNX and Nuveen Investments—they saw a need for a platform that integrated the crypto ecosystem via a single point of access, resolving inefficiencies and pooling liquidity from global sources.

The resulting platform is sFOX, the scalable solution for institutional crypto trading. Built entirely in-house with proprietary technology, sFOX’s seamless and secure infrastructure makes it easier for professionals to trade digital assets, realize price savings, and achieve efficiencies, ushering in a new era of possibilities in crypto.

Mark Britto

Mark Britto is a fintech entrepreneur and global payments leader with a proven track record scaling financial technology businesses. He founded and led Boku, a pioneering mobile payments and local payment methods platform, through a successful IPO on London’s AIM market. At PayPal, he served as Executive Vice President of Global Sales and Credit, and later as Chief Product Officer, overseeing end-to-end product and engineering functions across global merchant and consumer offerings. Britto has also held senior roles at Amazon, Ingenio, and Accept.com, driving multi-billion-dollar growth initiatives that transformed digital commerce and payments worldwide.

David Tateosian

David Tateosian is an advisor at sFOX bringing over 25 years of leadership across banking, capital markets, and wealth management. Currently Chief Commercial Officer at Sandro Wealth Management and formerly President of First Republic Bank (now part of J.P. Morgan Chase), Tateosian has been instrumental in shaping client-centric financial strategies at the intersection of private banking and innovation. His expertise strengthens sFOX’s institutional and banking advantage as the company continues to build regulated, liquid, and secure infrastructure for crypto and stablecoin services.
